If you don’t have a second monitor but have an android device sitting around, you can download SuperDisplay to use it as a second monitor.
SuperDisplay also lets you take advantage of touch so you can potentially use this for drawing.

You will also need to install a software on your Windows PC to get it to work.
Also note that SuperDisplay only has a few days of free trial so if you like it, you'll need to purchase it.
